TwitPic provides a link to email and phone# of your very own Senators and Reps so you can easily contact them! You should try it. I just did, and I was very pleased with myself.
The TwitPic link did not do so well on connecting me to my Senators' email, although the phone link worked. Here is another link that should get you where you need to go:
